We are seeking an independent, self-motivated Sales Representative to help generate new business opportunities in Calgary and surrounding areas.
Compensation
- 100% commission-based
- Earn 10% commission on closed sales
- No base salary, hourly wage, or benefits
Your Role
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
- Build relationships with homeowners, designers, builders, realtors, and other potential referral partners
- Generate leads and arrange meetings with prospective clients
- Introduce our products and services
- Help move opportunities toward a sale
Our team handles the design, estimating, project management, manufacturing, and installation. Your focus is on creating opportunities and helping bring in new business.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable meeting new people and generating leads
- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Sales experience is an asset but not required
