Your Purpose
Our Implementation Consultants play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of human capital management, payroll solutions and enhancements to our customers. You'll be partnering with a diverse range of professionals across Project Management, Operations and Sales, with an experienced team that enjoys a collaborative and supportive culture. Working with our Project Team to deliver modern HCM and Payroll solutions to our customers, you’ll help bring the project to life and delight our customers.
What You’ll Do

Deliver high-value consultancy services, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Advise clients on best practices for product functionality and sound business processes.
- Design, configure and support Unit4 ERP and related solutions.
- Develop test scripts, training materials, and communication deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer environment issues.
- Demonstrate commercial awareness in all decisions and interactions.
- Travel to customer locations throughout Canada and the USA.
What You Bring

A professional qualification such as Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) or Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) or Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) preferred.
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years in a similar role, ideally with consulting experience.
- Experience presenting, implementing, and providing training on HCM or Payroll products, ideally Unit4.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset with accountability for outcomes.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- A valid, unrestricted driver's license and willingness to drive for work purposes.
- Willingness to align work hours with customer needs across Pacific and Eastern time zones.
- Ability and willingness to travel locally, within Canada, and internationally.
