Join our fun team!! We are a reputable construction company looking to hire individuals with painting experience and general construction knowledge to assist on various construction projects in and around Simcoe and Muskoka areas including lake access projects.
This is a hands-on role and the ability to carry out physical requirements is mandatory. Applicants must have access to reliable transportation to and from shop or site.
We complete home and cottage renovations, build decks, docks, boathouses, paint interiors and exteriors and more in the Simcoe and Muskoka areas. We offer educational training on the job, opportunities for advancement, competitive wages, a fun work environment, benefits after 3 months and more.
Successful applicants will be responsible for the following:
· Ability to perform various types of physical labour including heavy lifting, standing, bending shoveling etc.
· Painting, Landscaping, Assisting with building decks, docks, additions, cottages, etc.
Maintaining a clean job site
Successful applicants must have the following qualification/skills:
- Experience painting interiors and exteriors
- Basic knowledge and experience in the construction industry
- Valid Driver’s License & car
- Must have steel toe boots
- Must have or are willing to obtain a boat license
- Positive attitude
- Must be a reliable worker
- Team Player
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
