Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare dough for bread, rolls and other goods
- Proof and Bake mixed doughs and batters
- Ensure quality of products meets established standards
- Slice, package, label, and display products in accordance to established standards
- Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods
- Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce
- Operate equipment in accordance to safety standards
- Monitor, maintain, and clean equipment
- Maintain a food safe environment
- Provide customer service to meet customer needs
Work conditions and Abilities
- Medium paced environment
- Repetitive tasks (bending, tying bags, oiling pans, etc.)
- Standing for long periods of time
- Time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 40lbs
Work Schedule
- Weekends (Thursday to Sunday)
- Day-time (11:30AM - 5:00PM)
- Work days and times may be negotiable.
