Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Helper to join our vibrant food service team. Duties
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly under the supervision of kitchen staff
- Support in food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Help with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning
- Assist in serving food to customers or in delivering meals within the restaurant as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours by performing various tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of cooking, meal preparation, and food handling techniques
- Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
