The Sunroom is Chester's waterfront dining room — a bright, seasonally driven restaurant on Nova Scotia's South Shore. We're looking for a Cook who cares about food and wants to grow in a kitchen that takes the craft seriously.
What you'll do
Prep and execute dishes across stations to a high, consistent standard
Work with South Shore seafood and local product daily
Keep your station clean, organized, and service-ready
Learn directly from experienced leadership in a kitchen built on teaching, not yelling

What we're looking for
1–2+ years of kitchen experience (or serious drive and a willingness to learn)
Solid knife skills and clean habits
Reliability — you show up, on time, ready
