Job Information: The Leasing Team is skilled in the art of selecting high-value sign locations, negotiating the required property lease agreements, and securing all required permits. The role of a Leasing/Inventory Coordinator requires a high focus on detail and the ability to maintain process.
What you’ll do…
As a Prairie Region Leasing Administrator & Inventory Coordinator, you take responsibility for:
- Timely and accurate preparation of all property lease agreements.
- Communicate and coordinate with Accounting Department to ensure accurate lease payments.
- Ensure the complete and organized records of all lease documents and applicable information.
- Strategically prepare permit applications and liaise with landlords and municipalities.
- Ensure that the process for building and/or removing billboards flows seamlessly between departments.
- Conduct administrative responsibilities such as proofreading correspondence and data entry.
- Create and maintain accurate Inventory records in our internal and third-party databases.
- Support the team by completing other duties as required.

- Self-auditing – enjoys process management
- Superior computer skills within the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability and willingness to become proficient with internal software programs.
- Willingness to take on new tasks and support as required.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to complete and prioritize multiple tasks under time sensitive deadlines.
- Education in the areas of legal administration, professional office administration, or business administration will be considered an asset, but not required.
