- Additional +$3/hr for hours worked in cooler/freezer environments
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Organizer / Forklift Operator to join our team in both Dry Area and Cooler / Freezer Area positions. This role involves organizing warehouse distribution activities, operating Raymond Reach forklifts, and supporting efficient order picking and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to perform lifting in a fast-paced environment, including cooler/freezer environments when required. This position plays an important role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate Raymond Reach forklift and order picker equipment to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate placement and retrieval of products
- Assist with receiving, stocking, labeling, and order preparation
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Support daily warehouse operations and team tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Raymond Reach forklift license
- Ability to perform lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order picking and inventory control
- Ability to work in cooler/freezer environments (0°C to -18°C)
- Ability to lift and move products in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
