Pathway Property Management is a growing Regina-based property management company committed to protecting our clients' investments while providing safe, clean and well-maintained homes for our residents.
We're looking to establish a long-term relationship with the right independent contractor—someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems and wants to grow alongside a professional, service-focused company.
This position begins primarily as a hands-on maintenance role (approximately 10–20 hours per week) with opportunities to assist in property operations as our portfolio continues to grow.
What You'll Do
Every day is different.
Typical responsibilities include:
- General residential maintenance and repairs
- Painting and drywall repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical fixture replacement
- Door, lock and hardware adjustments
- Appliance troubleshooting
- Unit turnovers and move-out repairs
- Preventative and seasonal maintenance
- Exterior maintenance
- Document completed work with photos
- Communicate professionally with tenants, contractors and property owners
As the relationship develops, you may also assist with:
- Property inspections
- Meeting contractors on site
- Showing rental units
- Move-in and move-out inspections
- Posting notices
- Property operations support

QualificationsRequired
- Experience in residential maintenance or a related trade
- Valid Saskatchewan driver's licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Own basic hand tools
- Comfortable using a smartphone for work orders, photos and communication
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and ladder work
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Ability to invoice for services or willingness to establish as an independent contractor
Assets
- Apartment or condominium maintenance experience
- Carpentry, painting or renovation experience
- Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge
- Customer service or tenant-facing experience
- Interest in learning property management
- Ability to become bondable
Hiring Requirements
The successful candidate will be required to provide:
- Three professional references
- A satisfactory Criminal Record Check prior to beginning work
- Proof of eligibility to work in Canada
