Harlo Entertainment is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our exciting, fast-paced team as a Content & Creative Lead for a currently existing role. As a Content & Creative Lead you will create visual concepts that inform, inspire and embody our vision and amplify our brand awareness across our portfolio companies.
What you’ll do
Creative Development & Content Production

Lead team in creating innovative and entertaining designs, visuals and concepts that align with the marketing direction and goals of our portfolio brands.

Lead the creation of content series, social formats, and campaign narratives for social, digital, and additional channels as the business requires.

Develop original content ideas, formats, and storytelling concepts across Harlo's brands and properties.

Build and maintain a repeatable content engine that prioritizes creativity, speed, and cultural relevance across all properties, sponsored events, and strategic partnerships.

Oversee and actively participate in content shoots and production.

Establish creative frameworks, communication playbooks, and the creative strategy that all content ladders back to.

Serve as the final creative reviewer and quality gate on work produced by the in-house team and external partners.
Team & Partner Leadership

Provide creative direction and feedback to the Director, Strategic Projects and the broader creative team.

Work with external creative partners, talent, and production vendors to bring ideas to life (knowing when to build in-house and when to contract).

Set the creative bar across team output and coach toward it through reviews, briefings, and on-set collaboration.

Content Partnerships

Identify and collaborate with creators, tastemakers, and industry voices

Build long-term partnerships that extend into formats, series, and experiences (not one-off activations)
Brand & Cross-Functional

Steward Harlo's brand identity across every piece of content and every property

Partner with the Marketing team to align creative output with campaign calendars, PR moments, and audience-building priorities

Stay fluent in cultural trends, platform shifts, and emerging formats; translate them into Harlo-relevant opportunities

Manage creative production budgets and allocate resources across competing priorities

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
- You love to be creative and enjoy communicating a story through visuals and graphics

You are self-motivated and have strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple portfolios in a fast-paced environment.

You have experience with photography and videography

You have experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop

You can work independently and meet deadlines

You can build strong, positive, and collaborative relationships across our portfolio
- You have a strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- You have a keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Graphic design experience 2 year and Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts or other related fields (preferred)
