We are currently looking for a full time Senior Site Superintendent to join our growing team!
We are looking for a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Superintendent to join our team. The Senior Superintendent will oversee multiple construction projects, providing leadership and guidance to ensure successful project completion within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
As the Senior Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications and safety rules.
- Manage and lead a team of subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication between all parties involved.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers and customers, to ensure that project objectives are met and that the customer is satisfied.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily progress reports, material logs and safety logs.
- Oversee the procurement of construction materials, equipment and subcontracting services, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing guidance, support and coaching to the construction team.
- Organize construction activities and ensure that assigned tasks are completed by site labor and subcontractors.
- Ensure that the work performed complies with the latest project plans and specifications.
- Ensure that the site and all activities comply with all safety regulations and rules, as well as the safety manual.

- Responsible for site reporting requirements on Procore - safety documentation, equipment tracking, observation sheets, logbook, etc.
Coordination with the Project Manager:
As a Construction foreman / site manager, reporting to the project manager, site subcontractors, control the schedule and execution of work, read plans, follow up and coordinate with suppliers:
- Manage/coordinate the delivery of all materials and equipment to site on time and in accordance with the project schedule.
- Understand the scope of work and ensure it is communicated to all trades.
- Report and maintain all daily site activities in buildexact.
- Check and prepare orders for materials and items related to the work he supervises.
- Maintain site records for supplies, equipment and services.
- Supervise inspections performed by field engineers, AHJ, subcontractors and any external participants.
- Identify and eliminate risks and identify and document hazards.
What you need to ensure excellence in your role /Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role, demonstrating successful project management and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques and best practices, with an emphasis on quality control and safety.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to foster collaborative relationships with team members, subcontractors and customers.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, construction plans and specifications.
- Solid understanding of construction laws, regulations and building codes.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and effectively manage project challenges.
- Bilingual
- 5 to 8 years' experience in the construction industry, ability to work under pressure
- DEC in architecture or building technology or similar in the construction field a plus.
- Valid driver's license, ability to use a tablet or computer, e-mail, Excel, GANT, etc.
- Monitor work on site and ensure that progress is in line with the project schedule. Communicate schedule and any impact to the project team.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software; technical knowledge of various computer programs.
