Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of construction projects, from foundational work to finishing touches. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, physically capable, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Duties
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials
- Assist with flooring installation and tile laying to meet project specifications
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
Requirements
- Prior experience or familiarity with construction sites is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills such as restoration techniques, construction painting, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, or tile laying
