Job Title: ERP Trainer
Location: Edmonton, AB
Duration: 12+ months (With possible extension)

We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Training & Learning Development Consultant to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-wide training programs supporting a large-scale ERP and procurement modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, curriculum development, and training delivery for enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement role-based training strategies for enterprise system initiatives.
- Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced training.
- Conduct training needs analysis and create learning materials, job aids, and e-learning content.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, project teams, and change management teams to ensure training readiness.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs.
- Maintain training content, quality standards, version control, and governance.
- Mentor junior trainers and support consistent training delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Instructional Design, Education, HR, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience developing and delivering training programs.
- 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, curriculum design, and training needs analysis.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, or similar e-learning tools.
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms (e.g., WalkMe).
- Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using AI-enabled learning tools.
