Russo Auto Sales is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales & Finance Professional to join our team.
This is not your typical dealership role.
Unlike large corporate dealerships where sales and finance are split into separate departments, we operate on a hybrid model. We believe the best customer experience happens when one professional builds the relationship from start to finish. The salesperson who earns the customer's trust is also the person who helps them secure financing, complete the transaction, and present finance products that genuinely benefit the customer.
This system creates a smoother buying experience for our clients while allowing our team members to earn commission on both the front end of the sale and the finance side of the transaction. We believe it is one of the best income opportunities available in the Okanagan for the right individual.

Who We're Looking For
This is not an entry-level position.
We're looking for a seasoned automotive professional who already has experience in both automotive sales and automotive finance.
The ideal candidate enjoys the flexibility and opportunity that comes with an independent dealership rather than a heavily managed corporate environment. We give our people the freedom to build their own business while providing the support, inventory, reputation, and systems needed to succeed.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience
- Previous automotive finance experience
- Valid VSA Salesperson Licence
- Experience using Dealertrack & Credit App
- Experience arranging automotive financing
- Strong understanding of lender programs
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Comfortable with computers, technology, and social media
Strong Assets
- Independent dealership experience
- Subprime finance experience
- Experience with Facebook Marketplace and digital lead generation
What You'll Be Doing
- Selling quality pre-owned vehicles
- Building lasting customer relationships
- Completing credit applications
- Structuring and securing vehicle financing
- Presenting finance products that provide genuine value
- Managing customers from initial contact through delivery
- Following up with customers after the sale
- Posting inventory on Facebook Marketplace and generating your own opportunities
- Handling internet and dealership-generated leads
- Working as part of an all-hands-on-deck team

Compensation
This position offers an excellent commission structure with the opportunity to earn income from both vehicle sales and finance.
