We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our Client’s Legal Operations team and provide critical support to multiple Legal Directors. Your day-to-day will include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and facilitating team meetings and communications. You’ll also play a key role in organizing legal resources, triaging incoming requests, and helping to streamline operational processes. A strong candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Maintain calendars for 8 Legal Directors.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries; support planning and logistics for team meetings and events.
- Provide administrative and project support on an ad-hoc basis.
- Triage and route incoming legal requests through our intake system (ServiceNow).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of intake and triage workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, required.
- Experience in a legal department or law firm operations preferred but not required.
- Self-directed with a strong work ethic; capable of working independently with limited supervision.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word and help supporting quick-turn presentations and meeting requests.
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
$31-33.40/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.
Vancouver, this role is onsite 2-3 days’/week.
