Librarian/Learning Commons Facilitator
Required for Two Hills Mennonite School
Two Hills Mennonite School requires a part-time (0.5 FTE) Librarian/Learning Commons Facilitator for the 2026-2027 school year.
Two Hills Mennonite School, located in Two Hills, Alberta is a K-12 school with approximately 440 students.
The successful candidate will:

Have a love of literacy and learning

Possess competencies in relation to library operation (ie: computer skills)

Be flexible, organized, and efficient

Have an ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Be collaborative and committed to building and maintaining positive interpersonal relationships

Be able to work independently with a positive and supportive attitude

Be able to supervise, encourage and inspire students to engage their creative and/or critical thinking

Maintain a library learning commons that is an inclusive, learner-centered, physical and/or virtual space

Have knowledge of, or lived experience in, Mennonite culture, and be comfortable working within the expectations of the culture

Have good verbal and written communication skills

In 1995, parent and community stakeholders initiated the amalgamation of five school boards into what is now St. Paul Education. In doing so, St. Paul Education became the only school division in Alberta to operate both separate and public schools under one board.
