Used Car Sales Manager
Ken Shaw Lexus is currently looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our growing team in the west end of Toronto.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exceptional brand with a strong CPO program.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is a natural leader, results-driven and capable of sustaining our successful Pre-Owned sales department.
You will inherit a successful and large Pre-Owned department. You will lead a team of experienced and aggressive sales staff, Vehicle acquisition specialist, a subprime sales person, Office Manager, Digital Online Manager, Lot Manager, dedicated detailer and drivers.

Responsibilities:
- Motivate and lead our Pre-Owned sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee the purchase and supply of Pre-Owned vehicles through in house appraisals, auctions and remarketing relationships.
- Assist sales people in closing deals.
- Hire, coach and guide staff members.
- Ensure we maintain our high level of customer satisfaction.
- Create and implement our monthly digital marketing plan. Oversee all used car operations including wholesale.
- Ensure 90 days max turn of all vehicles.
- Monitor the reconditioning of all Pre-Owned vehicles.
Assets:
- Previous experience in a leadership role at a dealership.
- Assistant Manager experience welcomed.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer skills; Experience in VAuto, Open Lane, ERA Ignite.
- Ability to multitask and bring enthusiasm daily.
- Understanding of dealership budgets and expense management.
- Valid OMVIC license in good standing.
- Ontario Driver’s license.
