Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing service appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling to maximize productivity and minimize downtime for service teams.
- Manage incoming internet appointment requests efficiently by promptly reviewing and organizing requests, maintaining clear communication with clients to confirm details and address any inquiries.
- Set up service appointments directly with clients, providing thorough information about services offered, pricing, and scheduling options to ensure a smooth booking experience.
- Follow up with clients daily to ensure satisfaction with services rendered, addressing any concerns or feedback they may have, and implementing solutions to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions in the database, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible for future reference.
- Collaborate with service team members to relay appointment details and any specific client requirements, ensuring that service delivery meets established standards.
- Recommend and implement strategies to promote service retention, including special offers, reminders for recurring appointments, or personalized follow-up communications.
- Assist in analyzing service appointment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new services or changes in policies that may affect service appointments, ensuring that clients receive the most current information and support.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues related to service bookings or complaints, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and maintaining a positive client relationship.
Job Requirements
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with CDK is a plus
- Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving abstract

This position offers bonus opportunities of up to $ 20,000 per year.
