The Role
We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, motivated, professional, and passionate about residential construction and custom homes. You will work closely with our project management team to help coordinate builds, communicate with clients and trades, and support the overall execution of projects from planning through construction.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role with strong long-term growth potential within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating active residential and commercial projects
- Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Help schedule trades, deliveries, inspections, and project timelines
- Review and organize contractor estimates, quotes, and project documents
- Support the project management team with day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate records and updates within company systems
- Participate in project meetings and internal coordination discussions
- Help ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently
- Assist with general office coordination and operational support as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of residential construction and custom home building
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and communication channels simultaneously
- Highly detail-oriented and proactive
- Confident working with contractors, clients, and suppliers
- Proficient with Excel, Google Workspace, and general computer software
- Construction coordination or project management experience is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
