We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our team of experienced professionals.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering top-of-the-line aesthetic and laser treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient care, safety, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and skin assessments
- Develop and recommend personalized treatment plans
- Provide aesthetic services including laser hair removal, facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and other non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatments
- Educate patients regarding treatment expectations, skincare regimens, and post-treatment care
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are maintained according to clinic and regulatory standards
- Recommend and promote medical-grade skincare products when appropriate
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term patient relationships
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Aesthetician and/or Laser Technician
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical aesthetics environment preferred
- Experience operating laser and energy-based devices is highly desirable
- Experience with Alma, Candela, Ultherapy, Thermage, BTL Emface, or similar technologies is an asset
- Strong knowledge of skincare, aesthetic procedures, and patient safety protocols
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultation skills
- Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong asset.
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
