LEASED FLEET MANAGEMENT
- Ensures all industrial modular inventory information (assignments, location, etc.) is tracked and maintained
- Updating fleet list spreadsheet in real time, accordingly, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and trust in the report (units shipped, returned or on hold)
- Resave lease list on fleet list with provided changes in real time
- Daily scanning and filing all truck tickets
- Analyzes fleet list for utilization based on equipment type
- Track, spare, idle and surplus fleet, ensuring each is managed accordingly
- Maintenance of photos/videos of unused Modular Structure inventory to answer questions from sales and leadership teams
- Inspection, photography, and written report of units including “Lease IN/OUT Inspection Report” and/or “Inspection Check List”
- Ensure all in/out reports, in/out photos, completed work order sheets and detailed material lists are filed correctly to each unit job
CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTS, BILLINGS AND FOLLOW UPS
- Manage Dispatch of all rental and lease units
- Save all documentation for service calls and charge backs into each unit file
- Collecting all of unit description and scope of work for start of appropriate documentation for the billing and/or recording processes
- Written and/or oral report of any deficiencies to Service Shop Foreman and Service Coordinator with recorded outcome to file for determination of possible customer billing
QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Ensuring overall quality and workmanship of all work executed including a detailed photo timeline with description
DISPATCH/SERVICE CENTRE SUPPORT
- Be responsible for all Dispatching of fleet.
- Completion of work order forms for all jobs completed by the service department and record and track all materials used for costing purposes
- Collection of labor hours and material lists for each completed job in service shop including all CS, R and RA for costing to the Purchasing Manager
- Coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual maintenance schedules
TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Microsoft Office: Advanced in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
- Prexa is an asset
PERFORMANCE COMPETENCIES:
- Strong customer service aptitude & ability to build rapport
- Former experience working in a heavy customer service role
- Experience with dispatching fleet
- Construction experience in the modular structures industry
- Organizes workloads, set priorities, and works well within deadlines

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
