Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components to produce high-quality products that meet precise specifications. Your expertise in various welding techniques and mechanical knowledge will be essential in ensuring the integrity and durability of our custom fabrications. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine fabrication requirements.
- Perform mostly MIG, TIG experience would be a bonus ,welding to join metal parts accurately and efficiently.
- Use plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication machinery to shape and assemble components.
- Conduct rigging operations to lift, move, and position heavy materials safely using cranes or forklifts.
- Measure materials with calipers and other precision tools to ensure exact dimensions according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and inspecting equipment regularly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in welding (MIG and TIG), fabrication, or related manufacturing roles.
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery such as press brakes, plasma cutters, cranes, forklifts, and machining tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Knowledge of rigging techniques for lifting heavy materials safely.
- Construction experience or background in ductwork installation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of welding safety standards and procedures.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
