Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills, expertise in HRIS systems, and a deep understanding of HR management best practices to support organizational growth and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including change management initiatives and process improvements.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts through effective recruiting, HR sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes utilizing ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Oversee HR programs related to training & development, performance management, and succession planning to enhance employee growth.
- Administer payroll systems including ADP, Kronos, UltiPro, Dayforce, and Workday to ensure accurate compensation processing.
- Utilize data analysis skills for data collection, reporting, and decision-making to improve HR processes and support strategic planning.
- Supervise HR team members and coordinate with leadership on organizational development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while managing budgets related to HR functions.
- Conduct presentations and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to promote HR initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, program management, and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, UltiPro, Dayforce, Kronos, ADP, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising HR teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis for HR metrics collection and reporting purposes.
- Familiarity with payroll systems including ADP or equivalent platforms like Kronos or UltiPro.
- Ability to lead change management initiatives and implement innovative HR solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred.

Pay: $57,679.25-$118,793.67 per year
