Position Summary
As a growing organization, we are looking for a highly motivated and versatile team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment and diversified challenges with the objective to improve ISI’s internal business processes and lead a customer success team.
The Operations & Client Success Manager will play a key leadership role within ISI, supporting day-to-day business operations, client success, marketing initiatives, and business development activities. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive, and client-focused professional who enjoys helping people and working with technology.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for municipal clients.
- Conduct regular client outreach and satisfaction reviews.
- Manage client support requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities for providing clients with additional services
- Monitor client engagement and proactively address client concerns.
Operations Management
- Coordinate and improve internal business processes and operational workflows.
- Assist leadership with project tracking, resource planning, and operational reporting.
- Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and internal knowledge resources.
Marketing & Business Development
- Create and coordinate marketing content including client success stories, project highlights, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Maintain CRM records and track marketing and sales activities.
- Help strengthen ISI's brand awareness within the municipal sector.
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of experience in client success and/or operations management
- Comfortable to work with various software applications, Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com, LinkedIn
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
Preferred
- Experience working with municipalities, government agencies, engineering firms, or infrastructure-related organizations.
- Knowledge of asset management principles and municipal infrastructure.
- Familiarity with GIS platforms such as ArcGIS.
- Business, engineering technology, public administration, marketing, or related post-secondary education.
