Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Building Manager to join our team in managing our residential properties. This role is crucial in ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of living for our residents. The Building Manager will be based in our operational area, overseeing day-to-day activities and contributing to our mission of excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple residential properties.
- Manage maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
- Implement project management strategies for property improvements.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with residents and address their concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure property standards are met.
- Prepare reports on property performance and maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term property strategies.
Qualifications * Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance practices, and electrical systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
