Cool Cats is looking for friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to join our growing team. We are a family-focused retail store offering a fun mix of cosmetics, toys, stationery, gifts, snacks, and more. Our store is a welcoming space for moms, kids, and families, so we’re looking for people who enjoy interacting with children and creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with friendly, exceptional customer service.
Engage positively with children and help create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for families.
Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
Restock shelves and keep displays clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Receive and organize new inventory.
Help maintain a clean and inviting store.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Count cash drawers carefully and accurately.
Work as part of a team to provide an outstanding shopping experience.
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
Enjoys working with children and making families feel welcome.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling cash.
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
Position Details
Part-Time: Approximately 15–25 hours per week.
Full-Time: Approximately 30–40 hours per week.
Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Flexible availability is preferred.
