Waymarker Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead operations at Pizza of Waterton, located in the heart of Waterton Lakes National Park. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being actively involved in daily service.
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations while delivering high-quality food, service, and guest experiences—while keeping the business profitable and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, supervise, and direct all restaurant operations
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage revenue, payroll, inventory, food costs, and labour budgets
- Develop and implement strategies to promote business growth and reduce staff turnover
- Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff
- Actively participate in service as needed (greeting guests, seating, serving, bar tending, running food, bussing tables, organizing functions, etc.)
- Support events, promotions, and special functions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Restaurant Manager Experience
- At least 3 years of Serving Experience
- Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
- Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to develop and implement operational strategies and policies
- Event planning and promotional experience considered an asset
- Wine knowledge and drink service experience considered an asset
- Valid ProServe certification
- Clean RCMP background check
