Job Overview
Golden Food & Manufacture Ltd (Mr.Goudas). is seeking a qualified and experienced Business Systems Architect to join our operations team in Concord, Ontario. Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing business and information systems that support our manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and financial operations.
This is a key role within our organization as we continue to digitize and integrate our core business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational visibility across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and information systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement customized IT business solutions tailored to the company's manufacturing and distribution operations
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems across departments including inventory, procurement, logistics, and finance
· Implement and troubleshoot network services such as DNS, VPNs, and other computer networking components.
- Develop and maintain system integrations between internal platforms and third-party applications (Quickbook/Odoo)
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure systems align with operational requirements
- Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and performance evaluations to ensure reliability and accuracy
- Produce technical documentation, process reports, and system architecture plans
- Provide ongoing advice and recommendations on information systems strategy, data management, and process automation
- Train internal staff on newly implemented systems and provide post-implementation support
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience in a closely related IT role
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, Python, Bash scripting, Shell scripting, Git version control, Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of system integration methodologies, database management, and business process design
- Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS /Firebase.
- Experience working within manufacturing, production, or distribution environments is a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
Pay: $46.00-$49.00 per hour
