Kitchen Tune-Up Calgary South is hiring a full-time In-Home Kitchen Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, understand their goals, and guide them through our kitchen renovation solutions, including cabinet refacing, redooring, custom updates, and full kitchen remodels.
We are looking for someone who is confident, organized, personable, and strong in face-to-face sales. The right candidate can build trust quickly, handle objections professionally, communicate value clearly, and keep opportunities moving forward.
What you’ll do
- Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations
- Present kitchen renovation solutions and pricing
- Follow up on leads and close sales
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years of general sales experience required
- Previous in-home sales experience is a strong asset
- Kitchen, renovation, remodelling, or other high-value consultative sales experience is strongly preferred
- Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m
Compensation & Perks
- This position includes a guaranteed base pay of $2600 per month plus uncapped commission ranging from 6% to 10% based on monthly sales
