Job Summary
Bathurst Wellness is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care, building strong therapeutic relationships, and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation and wellness goals.
The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and functional conditions while collaborating with other healthcare professionals in a supportive and patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and functional rehabilitation
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, recovery strategies, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards
- Collaborate with chiropractors, massage therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care
- Build strong patient relationships and contribute to a positive clinic experience
- Adhere to all clinic policies, safety protocols, and professional practice standards
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary clinic settings
- Interest or experience in pelvic health physiotherapy
- Additional certifications such as Manual Therapy, Acupuncture, Dry Needling, or Vestibular Rehabilitation
