The Role
Great food brings people in, but great hospitality is what keeps them coming back.
We're looking for a Host who loves creating memorable guest experiences and brings positive energy to every shift. As the first and last point of contact, you'll play an important role in setting the tone for service, welcoming guests, managing reservations, and helping keep the dining room running smoothly alongside the rest of the team.

Responsibilities: Guest Experience
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and create a welcoming first impression.
- Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and assist with reservation requests.
- Thank guests as they leave and ensure every visit ends on a positive note.
Floor Coordination
- Manage table flow to support smooth and efficient service.
- Communicate seating updates with servers, bartenders, and management.
- Monitor dining room capacity and wait times.
- Assist in accommodating guest requests whenever possible.
Operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance.
- Complete opening and closing host duties.
- Support the front-of-house team as needed throughout service.
- Help maintain a polished and professional dining room environment.
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with both front and back of house to deliver seamless service.
- Communicate clearly and professionally during busy service periods.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is considered an asset, but is not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
