We are looking for a Manager, Operations and Finances (MOF) to support our Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP). The MOF would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.
NRC-IRAP helps firms to develop technologies and successfully commercialize them in a global marketplace. They do this by providing technical and business advisory services and financial assistance to the small and medium- sized enterprises they serve.
The Manager, Operations and Finances, develops, recommends and oversees the implementation of IRAP’s program, operational and business policies, processes, procedures and guidelines and provides relevant advice to the regional leadership, Director General.
The Manager is also accountable for developing and maintaining financial, transactional and other systems and tools that support IRAP business processes.
Duties related to this position include: people management; establish work plans and commitments, provide guidance in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
Finally, the Manager prepares and manages annual planning models, templates, plans, and performance reports in accordance with IRAP’s Program Performance Framework and the NRC requirements.
