We are seeking a professional and organized receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and direct calls appropriately
- Manage appointment scheduling using calendar software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including filing and document organization
- Assist with administrative tasks such as managing files and supporting office staff
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Process customer payments
Qualifications
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in an office setting
- Knowledge of Mitchell Connect and MPI is an asset
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling inquiries professionally
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism at all times
