The Role
Drive Growth: Lead generation, proactive outbound and inbound lead management, and continuous lead nurturing.
Selling memberships and trials, smash membership targets, and ensure every new trial books their first class.
Our studio manager will then close the sale of the trial in studio. Trialers that aren't closed in studio will then be circled back to you for.
Relentless Follow-Up: Master the fortune in the follow-up by chasing down every unclosed trial and keeping the pipeline hot.
What We Are Looking For:
Proven Track Record: Deep experience in high-volume sales, lead management, and closing. Using different tools/CRM/lead management/sales software
The Mindset: Hyper-focused, self-motivated, and obsessed with hitting targets.
