Job Description
Join the Red Dot Restoration team as our newest Project Manager in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time, permanent position is designed for a proactive leader who can balance office-based administrative duties with on-site project oversight. You will manage project schedules, coordinate permits, and lead a diverse team of subcontractors while maintaining clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders. This role requires participation in our on-call rotation and a commitment to a 45–50 hour workweek to ensure project excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide updates, coordinate site visits, and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare reports, issue work orders, and maintain project documentation.
- Manage estimates, budgets, timesheets, and vendor quotes.
- Coordinate schedules, permits, and site access.
- Monitor quality, ensure safety compliance, and address deficiencies.
- Participate in the "On Call Rotation".
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years project management experience (industry experience an asset).
- Strong ethics, communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Xactimate, Encircle, or PM software an asset.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with no infractions.
Education and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience with Xactimate & Encircle
- Experience with CRM or job management software is considered an asset
- IICRC Certified
- Water Damage Restoration Technician Certification (AMRT considered an asset)
Minimum Physical Requirements
- Prolonged sitting, typing, and computer use.
- Dexterity for manual tasks and documentation.
- Mobility for on-site visits

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
