Join the Maan Farms Wine Tasting & Brand Ambassador Team!
Maan Farms Estate Winery is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and friendly team members to join our tasting crew. We are expanding our team to fill roles both at our tasting room in Abbotsford and as Brand Ambassadors hosting off-site tastings at retail liquor stores across the Lower Mainland!
If you love sharing great wine, creating memorable guest experiences, and working in a fun, welcoming environment, whether on the farm or out in the community, we’d love to hear from you!
We are primarily looking for team members with excellent weekend availability and Serving It Right certification to connect with our customers and pour our signature fruit wines.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site (Abbotsford Farm): Welcome guests, guide them through wine flights at our tasting counter, support daily Market operations, and maintain a tidy, welcoming space.
- Off-Site (Lower Mainland Retailers): Set up and host engaging, independent tasting pop-ups at select liquor stores, pouring samples and introducing retail customers to the Maan Farms brand.
- Share enthusiastic product knowledge and help customers find fruit wines they’ll absolutely love.
- Track inventory/supplies for your shifts, and accurately report back on tasting results.
- Represent the Maan Farms brand with warmth, energy, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Serving It Right certification (required)
- Consistent weekend availability (most off-site tastings and peak farm hours occur Friday through Sunday; some weekdays may be required)
- Passion for wine, storytelling, and exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently during off-site shifts.
- Must be 19 years or older and legally allowed to work in Canada.
Prior wine or brand ambassador experience is a fantastic asset, but not required, we provide comprehensive training!
