- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and maintaining positive relationships.

Responsibilities:
The Marketing and Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in managing the administrative processes of PowerUp Leadership. They will be responsible for managing scheduling, social media, and other administrative processes to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma from a Canadian accredited university or college, received within the last year required (January 2025 to current).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to communication.
- High energy and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales software (e.g., Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is an asset.
Additional Information:
- Salary Range: $40,000 to $45,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
