Role Overview
This is a hybrid role combining clinic administration, content creation, and marketing support.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable managing day-to-day clinic tasks while also contributing to social media and marketing efforts. This is a client-facing role suited for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and has an interest in performance-driven marketing.
You will support both client experience and business growth by helping execute and improve marketing efforts while keeping clinic operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and client communication
- Handle front desk duties and ensure smooth clinic flow
- Follow up with leads and maintain CRM records
- Create and post content on Instagram and TikTok
- Capture and edit photos/videos (Canva, CapCut)
- Support Google Business Profile updates and reviews
- Assist with Meta Ads, email, and SMS marketing campaigns
- Monitor performance and help identify improvement opportunities
- Support promotions, offers, and basic copywriting
Requirements
- Experience in administration, customer service, or clinic setting
- Minimum 1 year experience or exposure to digital marketing
- Comfortable with social media and content creation
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
