GBH Depot is a specialized green coffee logistics company providing warehousing, blending, and distribution services.
We are growing rapidly and looking for a hands-on team lead who can drive efficiency, ensure accuracy, and lead a small warehouse team in a fast-paced environment.
As a Shipping & Receiving Team Lead, you will oversee daily warehouse operations and coordinate a team of forklift operators.
You will play a key role in:
- Maintaining smooth operations
- Ensuring order accuracy
- Meeting tight deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of 4–6 warehouse associates (forklift operators)
- Plan, assign, and prioritize daily tasks
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of inbound and outbound orders
- Coordinate workflow with the Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics team
- Receive shipments, verify seals, and interact with drivers
- Manage and validate order-related documentation
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN)
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual (English & French required)
- Experience supervising a small team in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Forklift experience (strong asset)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
