Front of House Staff - Seasonal Popup - Thornbury & Creemore
Good Behaviour North is looking for Front of House Staff to join our seasonal popup team.
This role is for someone who is friendly, hardworking, and enjoys being part of a fast-moving service environment. We’re looking for people who can help create a warm and welcoming guest experience while keeping things clean, organized, and efficient during busy summer service.
What the role looks like
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take orders accurately and confidently
- Scoop and serve ice cream with care, speed, and consistency
- Help maintain product quality, portioning, and presentation standards
- Keep the front of house clean, stocked, organized, and service-ready
- Support the team during busy rushes and help keep service flowing smoothly
- Answer guest questions about products, flavours, and menu items
- Help with opening, closing, restocking, and general day-to-day upkeep of the shop
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
What we’re looking for
- Someone warm, reliable, and comfortable speaking with guests
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to move with urgency and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Someone who takes pride in cleanliness, hospitality, and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
