As a Door-to-Door Appointment Setter, your main responsibility is simple:
- Knock on doors in assigned neighbourhoods
- Start conversations with homeowners
- Identify interest in roofing/exterior services
-Book qualified appointments for our sales team
You are not closing sales — your job is to generate qualified leads and set appointments.
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable talking to strangers face-to-face
- Confident, outgoing, and self-motivated
- Competitive mindset (you like winning and hitting targets)
- Reliable and consistent (show up and execute daily)
- Previous sales or canvassing experience is an asset, not required
We provide training — you bring energy and effort.
Schedule
- Flexible field schedule
- Primarily evenings and weekends (peak homeowner availability)
- Team meetings/training as required
