We are seeking a dedicated Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. Duties
- Use hand tools and power tools to clean building exteriors, windows, and surfaces effectively.
- Perform facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and surface preparations.
- Operate equipment safely for pressure washing, window cleaning, and other exterior cleaning procedures.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of building facades, gutters, and other exterior features.
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned projects within scheduled timeframes.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and using proper protective gear.
- Assist with custodial tasks as needed to support overall property upkeep.
Requirements
- Prior experience with custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and pressure washing equipment is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks outdoors for extended periods.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.
Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
