Digital Marketing Project Manager & Appointment Setter
Creatica Studio Inc. - Toronto, ON
Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: Starting at minimum wage, with opportunities for increased hours and compensation based on performance and growth
Job Overview
Creatica Studio Inc. is looking for a highly organized, communicative, and motivated Digital Marketing Project Manager and Appointment Setter.
This is primarily a project management and client communication role, with additional responsibility for responding to leads, managing outreach, and booking qualified appointments for our sales closer.
The right candidate will understand marketing and digital marketing, communicate confidently with clients, and be able to turn client conversations into clear instructions for designers, developers, marketers, and other delivery partners.
A major part of this position is leading client discovery. You must be comfortable asking thoughtful questions, understanding what a client truly needs, gathering the right information, and organizing those findings into a clear project direction.
Your knowledge, communication skills, organization, and willingness to learn matter more to us than where you previously worked.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management and Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Communicate project updates, timelines, deliverables, approvals, revisions, and outstanding requirements.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal or external delivery teams.
- Organize projects, tasks, milestones, deadlines, files, feedback, and approvals.
- Follow up with clients and team members to prevent delays.
- Identify missing information, project risks, scope changes, and potential issues early.
- Maintain accurate project notes, records, timelines, and status updates.
- Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with the approved client direction.
- Help ensure projects move smoothly from onboarding through completion.
Client Discovery
- Lead or participate in client discovery and onboarding meetings.
- Ask detailed questions to understand the client’s business, audience, goals, challenges, budget, timeline, and expectations.
- Help determine what services, deliverables, and project direction are most appropriate.
- Document discovery findings clearly for the delivery and management teams.
- Translate client conversations into organized scopes, tasks, priorities, and next steps.
- Identify unclear expectations before work begins.
- Ensure designers, developers, marketers, and other specialists receive the information they need to complete the project properly.
Appointment Setting and Lead Management
- Respond professionally to leads and business inquiries through email and other approved communication channels.
- Conduct outreach and follow-up through LinkedIn, Upwork, email, referrals, and other lead-generation platforms.
- Connect with potential clients and begin conversations.
- Qualify prospects based on their needs, goals, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.
- Book qualified discovery or sales appointments for the company’s closer.
- Maintain accurate lead information, notes, follow-up dates, and opportunity stages.
- Follow up consistently with prospects who have not yet booked a meeting.
- Support proposal preparation, sales follow-up, onboarding, and the transition from sales into project delivery.
This is not primarily a closing position. Your responsibility is to communicate with prospects, qualify opportunities, and set appointments. A separate closer will handle the main sales-closing process.

- Website design and development
- Shopify and e-commerce development

These responsibilities closely reflect the client-management, discovery, project-coordination, marketing-project, lead-generation, and appointment-setting duties outlined in the company’s existing role agreement.
