Position Overview
The Clinical Manager combines clinical and administrative knowledge and experience to mobilize resources for continuous improvement in the quality of care and patient experience.
The Manager ensures that the daily actions of his/her team are guided by the HGH’s values. He/she works towards continuous improvement to achieve organizational strategic goals using best practices and research evidence and participates in the consultation process regarding the direction and operation of his/her area.
The Manager assumes a leadership role in promoting quality of care, patient experience and staff engagement. The Manager facilitates change management and promotes innovation within his/her team.
In this role, the Manager is accountable for the sound management of resources and the achievement of desired results for key financial and human capital indicators. To do so, he/she makes informed decisions after acquiring the necessary knowledge from the supporting sectors as required.
As a key collaborator, he/she acts as an example by working closely with all members of the team (various health professionals, support staff, professional practice, etc.) to improve or develop new models of care and service.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent
- Medical Imaging Registered Technologist (MRT) or other certified Tech
- 5 years of experience as a MI and or Cardiology management
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with medical, professional, technical, and clerical staff and other internal and external stakeholders.
