E-Commerce Coordinator / Shopify Specialist

Big Time Watches, Montréal’s trusted authorized watch dealer for over 30 years, is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator / Shopify Specialist to join our expanding team and help strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain existing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon), ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance
- Launch and optimize new online sales channels (eBay, Etsy, etc.) to broaden our digital reach
- Maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across all platforms
- Review analytics and performance data to improve conversion rates and overall sales
- Develop and monitor SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and traffic
- Support and execute social media campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Ensure compliance with marketplace standards, policies, and platform requirements
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in e-commerce management, with a strong emphasis on Shopify
- Experience managing Amazon accounts and additional marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media advertising
- Experience with basic graphic design (product images, banners, promotional materials) using tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and hands-on mindset
