Senior Web & Experience Analytics Consultant
Key Responsibilities
Web & Experience Analytics (Primary Function)
Act as the primary Web Analyst, supporting measurement and insights across global and recurring website components.
Deliver deep‑dive performance analysis, trend identification, and insight storytelling for web experiences.
Leverage and interpret data from vendor platforms such as Demandbase and Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) to support B2B insights and research initiatives.
Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Migration & Administration
Support the ongoing migration from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) as a primary focus area.
Perform CJA admin tasks, including creation and maintenance of derived fields, troubleshooting data issues, and ensuring data accuracy.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure a stable, scalable, and well‑governed CJA implementation.
Data Governance, Segmentation & Insights Enablement
Lead segmentation cleanup and governance efforts to maintain a clean and optimized analytics environment.
Improve analytics maturity through standardized definitions, reusable segments, and best‑practice governance processes.
Support storytelling and insights communication by translating complex data into clear narratives for business stakeholders.
LLM Analytics & Strategic Advisory
Provide strong LLM analytics support across two dimensions:
Execution: Applying LLM‑driven analyses to accelerate insight generation, summarization, and pattern detection.
Strategy: Advising on how LLM‑powered analytics can be embedded into broader analytics and decision‑making workflows.
Partner with analytics leadership to explore and mature LLM‑powered analytics use cases.
