We’re seeking a high-energy, self-driven and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our hazardous waste division. In this role, you’ll manage an assigned territory, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored environmental solutions that meet client needs.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive Growth: Prospect and secure new business while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Customer Engagement: Meet clients on-site, understand their needs, and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Sales Excellence: Achieve or exceed activity and revenue targets using Salesforce for pipeline management.
- Market Insight: Monitor pricing trends and identify opportunities across environmental services.
- Cross-Promotion: Actively promote all Tomlinson services to maximize value for customers.
- Problem Solving: Collaborate with the Sales Manager to resolve unique customer challenges quickly and effectively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, ideally in environmental or industrial services.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
- Mindset: Proactive, organized, and driven to exceed expectations.
- Technical: Salesforce experience preferred; full adoption required.
- Other: Clean driving record; bilingualism is an asset.
COMPENSATION INFORMATION
The expected range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000. Placement within the range is dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience
