Your Key Responsibilities
- Be the friendly face that greets patients and helps them feel at ease.
- Manage and coordinate appointments with efficiency and accuracy.
- Respond to patient inquiries by phone and in person with professionalism and empathy.
- Handle payments and support insurance claim submissions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to a smooth front-desk operation.
- Support the team with general administrative and office coordination tasks.
What You Bring to the Table
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you’re confident, clear, and kind.
- A strong sense of organization with a sharp eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy clinical environment.
- Tech-savvy with solid computer skills and comfort learning new software.
- Fluent in English; ability to speak Punjabi and Hindi is an asset.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a strong asset.
- Dental or medical front desk experience is helpful, but not required.
Position Details
- Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday
- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications

- Travel: Must have reliable transportation to work across all three locations; current opening is in Surrey, but flexibility is required for coverage when needed
