Emerson Park Resale is a fast-paced, fashion-forward resale boutique specializing in contemporary and luxury clothing, footwear, accessories and designer pieces. We’re looking for a confident, personable and highly motivated Client Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a busy retail environment and genuinely enjoys creating an exceptional client experience.
What You’ll Do
As a Client Specialist, you’ll be involved in all areas of the day-to-day store experience, including:
- Delivering warm, knowledgeable and elevated customer service
- Building relationships with clients and helping them find pieces they love
- Driving sales and contributing to daily store goals
- Styling clients and making thoughtful product recommendations
- Processing transactions accurately through our POS system
- Assisting with incoming consignment and buyout appointments
- Organizing, tagging, steaming and preparing merchandise for the sales floor
- Maintaining strong product knowledge across contemporary and designer brands
- Keeping the store organized, polished and visually merchandised
- Replenishing and rotating inventory throughout the day
- Helping maintain accurate inventory both in-store and online
- Supporting online orders, pickups and website inventory when required
- Working collaboratively with the team during busy intake periods, launches and promotions
- Taking initiative and identifying what needs to be done without always needing direction

Previous retail, sales, luxury, fashion or customer-service experience is strongly preferred.
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
