Position: Café Cook (Daytime Hours)
Location: 415 9th Ave. N., Golden, BC
Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Wage: Starting at $19/hour — based on experience + $1.25/hr food credit

Golden Bakery & Deli is looking for a dependable Café Cook to join our team.

Responsibilities include:
- Preparing cold and grilled sandwiches, and other café menu items
- Assisting with daily kitchen and baking prep
- Preparing soups, salads and other fresh food items
- Restocking ingredients and maintaining inventory levels
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organized and food-safe
- Working efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch service
- Supporting other team members as needed
What we're looking for:
- Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and organized
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
- Food Safe certification is an asset
